Skateistan x Pushing Boarders Survey

Skateistan and Pushing Boarders released the results of their second survey of 124 social skateboarding projects worldwide:

Reaching up to 18.3k participants each week, 88% of which are young people, projects aim to grow the local skate communities, build confidence, develop life and skate skills and conflict resolution amongst communities including those affected by poverty, violence, abuse, social marginalisation or living in vulnerable areas.

As in the last year's survey, funding continues as the most pressing need, high above infrastructure or programme development, which is something we can't stress enough.
