Order Process

Once we receive your order you will be notified with an email confirmation. This email contains your order number, and can be used as a proof of purchase. You will also receive an email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that SkatePal is run by a very small team and we send out orders once a week. Please bear this in mind and allow time for your purchase to arrive, but don’t hesitate to contact us if you think there has been an issue.

All orders are sent standard and untracked through Royal Mail to keep costs as low as possible for us and you, allowing us to direct the maximum amount of money to our projects in Palestine.

Returns

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of being received. If an item is damaged, unsuitable or faulty please email us as shop@skatepal.co.uk before returning it.

Unless claimed damaged or faulty all items should be unused and in a resellable state to be accepted for return.

Please note, the customer is responsible for the return cost of the item unless the item is damaged. SkatePal will cover the shipping costs of any damaged replacements or exchanges.

For international returns, please mark returned packages ‘Returned Items’. SkatePal will not pay import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package and customs form.

Out of stock and cancelations

If an item turns out to be out of stock upon ordering we will email you to discuss how to proceed.

Shipping

We have done our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. All orders are sent by standard and untracked through royal mail.

Liability

We cannot take responsibility for items not received because of incorrect addresses put on ordering. Please double check before finalising the order.

Payment

Please note that we only accept credit / debit card payments via Paypal, Apple Pay and Venmo.
